Q: what exactly does this mean,i know no tap water,but what kinds of bottled water is ok w/ no added stuff? i have a refridgerator that has a water dispense on the door which requires a filter will this water work this it is fliterd? (i need it for a cleanse recipe)

A: the water from your fridge will probably work and would definately be more filtered than just tap water, and maybe even bottled water. often bottled water contains a lot of minerals, etc. Distilled water could work, too.
