Q: I am on the last level of Syphon Filter II for PS 1 and I am having trouble killing Jason Chance, who is wearing bulletproff armor head-to-toe.

Does anyone know how to kill him?

A: You can' t kill him by shooting him, you gotta push him into the chopper blades.

Grab the UAS-12 with unlimited ammo from the Helicopter, run around until you're standing in this way:
Blades - him - you

And then just blast away at him until he goes into the blades.
