Boca's story

Sebastian Hue grew up in a family that appreciated wine and beer. His uncles own Cork n' Bottle liquor store in Covington, and his father is a wine distributor.

It's not surprising that he and Boca maitre d' Kevin Hart, who also manages wine, see coffee as similar to wine. Coffee is an agricultural product, and like grapes, an expression of its geography and cultivation techniques.

Hue became enamored with coffee while working in Chicago for Intelligentsia Coffee, which is helping Boca develop its new approach.
