Today reported financial results for the 12-month period ended December 31, 2010 ("Fiscal 2010").

The Company's revenues for Fiscal 2010 were approximately $22,305,000, an approximate 18% decrease compared to approximately $27,336,000 in the Company's fiscal year ended December 31, 2009 ("Fiscal 2009"). The net loss for Fiscal 2010 was approximately $1,087,000, as compared to net income of approximately $32,000 for Fiscal 2009.

The decrease of the company's revenues is mainly due to most foreign suppliers want to market and sell their products directly or through many distributors in China instead of using the Company as their sole distributor as in the past and Guangxi wastewater treatment contract in the face amount of US$3.2 Million, was delayed due to a serious fatal traffic accident in September 2010.

Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. today announced that “FineBallast® OZ,” an ozone-based ballast water treatment system co-developed by MOL, its group company MOL Marine Consulting, Ltd., and others earned a certificate of compliance from the Japanese government, effective June 6

The system was audited based on guidelines set out in the International Convention for the “Control and Management of Ships’ Ballast Water and Sediments (G8),” adopted by the International Maritime Organization (IMO).

Certification required a full-scale on-land test of the system by Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and other participant companies and an onboard test on the MOL-operated containership MOL Express. Both tests verified the system’s complete conformity to the ballast water treatment standard.
