I bought the satin nickel unit last week and installed it this week. Shipping was a respectable couple of days and everything arrived as described. The unit works very well, operates with zero noise and has not given me any problems to date. I have installed 0 units sold at Home Depot and I would never pay 3 times as much for those units compared to the Quick and Hot. The faucet is sturdy, of a high quality and does not look out of place in high priced kitchen. Great buy at less then 0....
