Black and Decker should be ashamed of having their name associated with Primo. this product is terrible. the seal on the dispenser tap leaked from the moment it came out of the box. customer service had me take apart the unit and check the alignment of the button. this was not the problem. the tap seak leaked!!! they would not honor their warranty. basicaly a complete waste of money. the unit is useless. dont waste your money, avoid products from this company. i was ripped off . beware!

It 'been a great discovery for me, I had a filtering system for the top, but needed a distributor and, preferably, not a supply of hot and cold water (electricity eater) so this was perfect c ! Well done and very strong! I keep it in a cooler room, if not always cold water dispenser. Feel free to buy with confidence!

I do not like hot or cold, I prefer to room tempature. I also have a refrigerator, and if I can change that. This water dispenser (for help with it) is perfect. He sits next to my desk, looks great and holds a 5-liter pot, although I think it will collapse.
