Can an Insinkerator instant hot water dispenser be hooked up to a reverse osmosis filter?

I'm wondering can an Insinkerator instant hot water dispenser be hooked up to a reverse osmosis filter? I have a WaterCare Reverse Osmosis system and was thinking of getting an Insinkerator

A: as long as the filter is installed BEFORE the water heater (i.e. water line goes to the filter first, then feeds the heater) there shouldn't be a problem. you may have to find a special fitting or two to convert the outlet of the filter to the inlet of the heater, but your local plumbing supply/hardware store should have what you need.
