I'm in a bathroom somewhere men - No matter where - standing by the sink. I stick my fingers under the tap and wait until the water begins to flow so I could wash my hands. Nothing happens. I move my hands from left to right, moving my fingers around a bit, in the case of the sensor - which detects the shadow of my hand and fingers as it comes between it and the light source - is not where I expected.
When I look around the sink and counter, trying to find where this sensor is, I notice the handles removed from each side of the valve: handles that turn on and off both cold and hot water. Fancy That! A sink with hand grips in a public bath!
